Baldness can have different causes: areata alopecia, tinea
capitis, acute alopecia, diffused alopecia, etc. Among
these, the chronic or androgenetic alopecia is correlated to
hormonal characteristics (A high percentage of the baldness
concentrates on the masculine population about 30%). The
different types of alopecia can be dealt with medical
therapy, obtaining a reduction of the shedding, but it is
not possible to make hair grow again. |
