TREATMENT OF SMALL WRINKLES AND CUTANEUOS DEPRESSION |
|
|
|
Fillers |
|
Often small depressions and wrinkles of the face
cannot be dealt with surgery, but there is the
possibility of attenuating these ageing signs and
the outcomes of acne, injecting, with the thinnest
surgical needle biocompatible materials. There are
absorbable or permanent materials, with different
use according to the districts. Actually the first
ones are preferred for their versatility.
Collagen
is a constituent of our body and therefore does not
give undesired reactions. The products in commerce
come from purified bovine collagen. However a
sensibility test is carried out a month before the
beginning of the treatment in order to point out
eventual allergies.
The ialuronic acid, instead,
does not require a preliminary test. A disadvantage
of this treatment - that on the other hand gives
remarkable aesthetic advantages filling up the small
wrinkles of the contour of the mouth, of the
forehead and of the temples - is that it needs
periodicals adjustments because the substance will
partially be reabsorbed.
The polylactic acid is a product of stimulation and induction of endogenous production of collagen; it is used to fill skin wrinkles The microinjections are
carried out in ambulatory way, leaving a modest
flush that will disappear within some hours. |

Botulinic Toxin |
|
|
|
Recently, the Ministry of Health authorized the BoNT-A,
(a botulinum toxin of type A), a highly purified
proteine effective in the treatment of the wrinkles
associated to the facial mimic, since it stretches
the muscles where it is injected. It can be
administered through little muscular microinjections
without sedation or anaesthesia. The perfect zone
for this type of treatment is the third upper part
of the face. This treatment too has a limited effect
in time (4-6 months) and therefore are required
periodic administrations for the maintenance of the
result. |

Peelings |
|
|
|
The peelings, through a chemical exfoliation of the skin, produce a bio-revitalization of the areas treated. They have different signs depending of the used acid (ph, concentration and location to be treated). They can be used on the entire body surface and especially on the face, neck and shoulders, and back hands. |

MESOTHERAPYA |
|
|
|
The mesotherapy is used in the treatment of the
cellulitis and of the localized adiposities, in case
of absence of surgical indication. It consists in
the intradermic injection of different medicines,
through thin needles.The intradermic injection
delays the adsorption of the drugs, allowing a local
action. Those injections improve the aspect of the
skin, making it more homogenous and have a good
lipolitic effect.
The poly-vitamins and the bio-stimulants
are very suitable for the regeneration of the skin of face, neck and back hands
The employment of non traumatic
needles and the reduced amount of the used drugs,
make this treatment very tolerable and with very few sideeffects. |

TTELANGIECTASIAS TREATMENT |
|
|
|
Telangiectasias are small-caliber blood vases of red
or blue color which often appear on the legs and on
the face, like spots or like reticulas. In order to
eliminate them there are various techniques that are
practiced in ambulatory way and without anaesthesia:
the diathermocoagulation, the sclerotherapy , the
lasertherapy. |
|
|
|
|
Diathermocoagulation |
|
|
|
With a very thin surgical needle an electrical
discharge is transmitted to the capillary, inducing
the blood coagulation and the consequent closure of
the microvase. This treatment is particularly
indicated for teleangiectasias of the face. No
chemical substance is injected, therefore the risk
of allergic reactions is excluded. On the dealt zone
can remain a punctuation of whitish colour. |
|
|
|
Sclerotherapy |
|
|
|
Liquids that induce inflammatory action are injected
in the microvase, obliterating the vase. It is used
for the capillaries of calibre bigger than 2
millimeters. It is indicated for the treatment of
the legs. It is not a traumatic method and it does
not leave scars. Usually, the aesthetic results are
always satisfactory. In rare cases can residue a
cutaneous pigmentation. |
|
|
|
Lasertherapy |
|
|
|
The coagulation of the blood and the consequent
closure of the microvase is provoked by a polarized
light at different wavelength. No chemical substance
is injected, therefore the risk of allergic
reactions is excluded. It’s' a little pestering
method, on the dealt zone can result a whitish
colour punctuation. |
